Contact Support
Email our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving your order, including your order number and clear photos of the damaged or incorrect confectionery.
Review Process
Our quality assurance team will review your claim to ensure it meets our food safety and return eligibility criteria, typically providing a response within 2 business days.
Return Authorization
If approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on whether the physical product needs to be sent back to our warehouse.
Resolution
Once the claim is finalized, we will process a full refund to your original payment method or dispatch a replacement shipment at no additional cost to you.
